Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests

A.   A request must be submitted in writing to the department. All requests shall include:

1. Name of person and/or busniness requesting information

2. Explicit list of each item requested.

3. Signed release of information as required.


B. The costs for duplicaiton shall be as follows:

1. Records will be billed at $10.00 for up to the first 10 pages and then $1.00 per page for any additional pages.


C. All reports/copies will be paid for in advance.


D. All reques will be approved by the Fire Chief.
